I cannot view my web site, what do I do?
First, don't panic :) Next, determine the scope of the problem. If you cannot reach your web site, follow these steps: - Wait a few minutes and try again. There may be a temporary connectivity problem or a server may be rebooting.
- Try to access the PagePlop.com web site. If you can reach PagePlop, but not your web site, the problem is likely isolated to your web site or one server. Check out server status page to see if there is any schedule maintenance or an emergency outage. If you cannot reach PagePlop, go to step 4.
- Make sure your domain is not expired. Check the "Whois" database to make sure your domain has not expired.
- If the problem is not isolated to your site and your domain has not expired, try to access Sprint.com. If you cannot access Sprint.com, the problem is likely related to a connectivity issue between your dial-up service provider and ours. If you want more detailed information, try a traceroute from your computer to your domain name to see where the problem lies exactly or contact us. If you can access Sprint.com, the problem is likely isolated to the PagePlop LAN, please contact us.
